1) Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Dentoclass, Inc. (“Dentoclass,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website, learning platform, courses, or any related materials (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Dentoclass, Inc.

Purpose: Dental education company. Our Services consist of online continuing dental education courses for dentists.

3) Eligibility

The Services are intended for licensed dentists and dental specialists. By purchasing or accessing a course, you confirm that you are a licensed dentist or dental specialist and will use your own professional judgment in clinical practice.

4) Accounts & Access

  1. Single-user license: Course access is for one individual only and may not be shared, transferred, sublicensed, or resold.
  2. Access duration: Unless stated otherwise on the course page, access is provided for 12 months from the purchase date.
  3. Platform: Courses are delivered via our selected learning platform. You must maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and promptly notify us of any unauthorized use.

5) Payments & Refunds

  1. Payments: Payments are processed via our platform’s native checkout (Thinkific Payments). By submitting a payment, you authorize all applicable charges and agree to the platform’s payment terms.
  2. Refund policy (30 days): We offer a full refund within 30 days of purchase for any reason. Email us at [email protected] with your order details; we’ll process your refund promptly.
  3. Live events (if any): If we cancel a live activity, all registration fees will be refunded in full.

6) Intellectual Property

All course content and related materials — including videos, slides, images, PDFs, text, logos, designs, and trademarks — are owned by Dentoclass, Inc. or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for your limited personal educational use, you may not copy, reproduce, publish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, sell, sublicense, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content without our prior written consent.

7) Prohibited Uses

  • Screen recording, screen capture, downloading, or redistributing course videos or files;
  • Sharing your account or allowing others to access your course;
  • Removing or altering copyright or trademark notices;
  • Using the content to create or market competing courses or materials;
  • Any unlawful, infringing, or deceptive use of the Services.

8) Educational Caution & Medical Disclaimers

Educational purpose only. Courses are for continuing dental education. They are not a substitute for clinical training, supervision, or independent professional judgment. You remain solely responsible for treatment decisions and patient outcomes.

9) Complaints, Support & Dispute Resolution

9.1 Complaints to Dentoclass

If you have concerns about a course or our CE activities, please email [email protected]. We acknowledge receipt within 5 business days and aim to respond with findings and any corrective actions within 30 days.

9.2 External Complaints (ADA CCEPR)

Participants may also submit complaints regarding continuing education providers to the ADA Commission for Continuing Education Provider Recognition (CCEPR) as outlined on their official website.

9.3 Informal Resolution

Most issues are resolved through our support and refund process. Please contact us first so we can help quickly.

10) International Use

The Services are controlled from the United States. If you access the Services from outside the U.S., you are responsible for compliance with your local laws and regulations, including any continuing education rules applicable to your jurisdiction.

11) Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, U.S.A., without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Delaware for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services.

12) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective date” above. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
