Refunds, Cancellations & Complaints Policy

1) Overview
At Dentoclass, Inc., we want you to be confident in your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a course, we offer a full refund within 30 days of purchase. This policy is consistent with our CE program and publicity statements.
2) How to Request a Refund
- Email [email protected] with your order number, name, and a short description of the reason for your refund request.
- We will acknowledge receipt within 5 business days and process approved refunds promptly (normally within 7–14 business days depending on payment processor timelines).
- Refunds will be returned to the original payment method where possible.

3) Cancellations (Live Events)
If your purchase was for a live event that we cancel, you will receive a full refund. If a live event is rescheduled and you cannot attend, contact us for options including refund or credit.
4) Partial Use & Account Sharing
This refund policy applies regardless of whether you have begun the course. However, refunds will not be issued for accounts that have been shared in violation of our Terms (single-user license). If evidence shows account sharing or material redistribution, we reserve the right to deny refunds and pursue other remedies.
5) Complaints & Dispute Resolution
If you are dissatisfied with a refund decision or any aspect of our CE activities, you may raise a complaint following our Complaint Resolution Policy. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 5 business days and respond with findings within 30 days.
All complaints, responses, and corrective actions are documented and retained for at least six (6) years and are reviewed annually for continuous improvement of our CE program.
