Each course includes slides, clinical photos, instructional videos, and diagrams, as well as checklists to make implementation easy.

  • Who are Dentoclass courses for?

  • What is the Dentoletter?

    The Dentoletter is how Ania stays personally connected with the Dentoclass Society - all dentists who have joined by purchasing at least one course. It arrives every two weeks, on Wednesdays at 7:30 PM Boston time. 💌 Each edition weaves together the practical and the personal. There are always chairside tips and answers to questions from dentists like you, updates on new courses and key publications, and the Emporium - a place for stories such as George Washington’s teeth, teeth through time and across cultures, even Buddha’s teeth or alien teeth. Alongside the knowledge, there is always a touch of wonder, humanity, and soothing for your heart. Every Dentoletter ends with a personal note from Ania, making it not just a newsletter but a chest of dental treasures and a gift for the Dentoclass community. 💖

  • Do I get a certificate?

    Yes - you will receive an official Verification of Participation document. We use this exact wording because Dentoclass is preparing to apply for ADA CERP Recognition as soon as we becom

  • Can I learn anywhere, or do I need to use my laptop?

    Yes. Dentoclass courses can be accessed on any device - computer, tablet, or phone. You can log in through your browser on your laptop or your mobile phone, and if you prefer learning on the go, you can also use the Thinkific app (available in the App Store and Google Play). This means you can study at home, at work, or while traveling - wherever it fits into your day.

  • Do you teach analog or digital?

    Both. Digital tools are powerful, but they’re not a separate world - they’re just new ways to apply the same prosthodontic principles. Once you master the concepts, switching between analog and digital is easy. Without that knowledge, even the most advanced systems are just expensive toys.

  • How long do I have access to the course?

    Each course comes with 12 months of access to all video lessons and materials. The access period is always stated clearly before purchase. After this time, your access closes automatically, but the timeframe is more than enough to complete the course comfortably at your own pace.

  • Can I share my login with colleagues?

    No. Each login is for one person only. Every participant must have their own account to receive an official Verification of Participation document.

  • I bought a course but didn’t get the login details. Can you help?

    Yes. Login details are sent automatically right after purchase from our platform email (ending in thinkific.com). If you don’t see the message, please check your Spam or Promotions folder. If it’s not there, just write to us at [email protected] - we’re always here for you. 🌺

  • What if I forget my password?

    No problem. Just click “Forgot password?” on the login page and you’ll receive an email to reset it instantly. 💪

  • Will I lose access to lessons I have already seen?

    No. Once you enroll, you have access to the full course for 12 months, whether you’ve already viewed a lesson or not. You can revisit any part of the course anytime during that period.

  • What if I have technical problems?

    If you ever run into an issue, just email us at [email protected] and we’ll help you as quickly as possible. 🌺

  • Can I download the videos?

    No - all course videos stay on the Dentoclass platform for 12 months. This ensures that content is always up to date and viewed in the best quality.

FAQ - Payments

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, Cash App Pay, and Link by Stripe. Payments are processed securely through Thinkific Payments (powered by Stripe), so your details are always encrypted and protected. Refunds, when applicable, are issued through the same secure system.

  • Will I receive a receipt?

    Yes. After payment you’ll automatically receive a receipt by email from our secure payment system (Thinkific Payments, powered by Stripe). This serves as proof of purchase and can be used for your accounting records.

  • Is my payment secure?

    Yes. All payments are processed through Thinkific Payments (powered by Stripe), a leading global payment processor. Your details are encrypted and fully protected at every step.

  • Do you offer refunds?

    Yes. We want every dentist to feel confident in their purchase. Even though CE providers are not required to, Ania personally chose to offer a 30-day refund policy. If the course isn’t right for you, simply email [email protected] within 30 days and we’ll issue a refund. Across 1,100 participants in Poland - and now also in the US - this has never been requested, but the option is there for your peace of mind.
